Rope Climbing Harness How Do I Pick Rock Climbing Rope?

How do i pick rock climbing rope? - rope climbing harness

I rode a lil while ago and I would like for the technical equipment and launch it with a friend, I will likely start to "block" to have more to it. IM will probably purchase the equipment online, such as belts and caribean () no shops, but this type of cable I expect (the thickness, etc.) and I have not used their shoes before boarding, but they're worth? I have my tennis. Even if you appreciated not recommend any sites for climbing equipment, thank you!

Rei.com has all the equipment you need.

Climbing is not as expensive as some sports, but not cheap. The cost of cable is several hundred dollars.

I agree with the previous answer that you should try on shoes and even the sling before you buy. The right attitude is important, and with the shoes you're probably too many different brands, models and sizes before, trying to find something that works. You can continue your tennis shoes that have the most on his toes or on the edge of his shoe on the right side - it is when you are using get a big advantage of the shoe, friction.

As for the chain, here is cheap enough for 170 million this: http://www.rei.com/product/723022 thin cables are designed for mountaineers, where you use both together. Whatever you do, do not go with a rope climb regularly - you could break your back. (Rope climbing is somewhat elastic.)

You also need at least 1 carbine and a locking device for securing the air. Here is a simpShop for $ 18: http://www.rei.com/product/471034 sell a fig-8 brake system for a few dollars less, but they are brutally at work.

This is the absolute minimum. Depending on conditions, may require tons of material.

And do not climb without supervision, of course, when we both know exactly what you are doing. Pancakes A very stupid mistake, and someone might.
